Sales of a company are compiled and aggregated using industrial surveys and
industrial censuses and estimates are made of total value of sales. Sales,
or gross output, from individual companies may be subdivided based on the
number of seperate establishments that make up the company. An establishment
is classfied in terms of the commodity group produced there which has the
greatest value. |

Forecasting Methods: Integrated system based on results
from models for personal consumption expenditure by category, government
spending, intermediate demand by ISIC, and investment demand by ISIC,
commodity prices, manufactured wages, employment by industry group, imports
by and exports by ISIC using an iterative process to insure partial
convergence. |
