QuERI-International stands for Quantitative Economic Research. 

 

International data comes in many different forms, usually with problems.  Our company has had more than forty years experience in working with problem data and developing tools for full scale analysis including filling in details.

 

As a result the company has built models of markets from forecasts of air and ocean freight to forecasts of real estate including high end housing, hotels, and office space globally. 

 

Detailed IO models, built using pooled-cross-sectional-time-series methodologies, allow for analysis of factors that drive demand for products linked to macroeconomic scenarios -- baseline and others.  By having a full set of factor inputs, regularly updated,  QuERI can efficiently undertake a wide variety of consulting engagements designed to develop unique data sets from difficult to find information sources.

 

QuERI has built models for the global real estate market from partial information available from public and private sources.  It has developed company specific estimates of buyer-seller profiles for groups of commodities using input-output models. 

 

The goal of future consulting projects will be to develop a fully functioning Integrated Planning Systems for a global corporation with multiple product lines and sales in countries throughout the world.  By linking company detailed sales data to QuERI detailed commodity demand estimates, pooled cross sectional time series estimations  can be developed for forecasting potential market size and sales.
